We typically process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, it may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you purchased the app through the Mac App Store:
Payments and refunds are managed exclusively by Apple. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
